I'll admit up front, I'm old fart who grew up watching Arnie, Jack, Gary, & Lee
The distances these guys are hitting the ball today is beyond incredible. That are about to make courses obsolete or nothing but driver/wedge courses. I suspect I'm in the minority, but I wish the governing bodies would rein the ball in and reduce the size of the gigantic woods.
Thoughts??

 

I agree I don't like seeing scores like this in a major championship. This is video game shit.

 

spieth quiet and calm but competitive as a mf. love the desire to make every shot.

i agree with the video game bs. i want the course to humble them like the us open and sometimes british.

 

It's gonna be interesting to see how Day plays out of the bogey.

 

That chunked wedge shot might be a sign.
