question, has anyone gotten tested and their results taken a really long time to return. Wife works at t-mobile and they shut their store down because someone at the Starbucks next door tested positive and Tmobile made all the employees get tested also. Well tomorrow makes 2 weeks and no results i'm just wondering if any one else had this experience.
Usually when you have received no results, they are not positive. Folks who test positive will find out immediately from the testing lab. I'm a little iffy on shutting down and full testing over a positive neighbor, so I'm pretty sure it is just for optics.
Ben McDonald tweeted that 6 people he knows were going to get tested but didn't because either they ran out of tests or the line was too long. 3 of them got emails saying they had tested positive.
We will all eventually get notified that we've tested positive, even if we never take the test. Thats just the way it does in this idiotic tragedy!
Most safeguards regarding COVID feel like just optics to me. Not unlike optics like removing my shoes to go through a scanner at the airport (and other stupid procedures) following 9/11. My 15-year-old completed in person drivers ed last month. There were over 15 kids in the classroom with a teacher, and they didn't wear masks. No problems noted, even though they were in air conditioning near each other for 2 hours a day for three weeks. Everything is optics
Wow, I wouldn't doubt it. Makes you think they are lying about the amount of test numbers they claim to be testing.
