Just to pile on a little, we were:

1-13 on 3rd down (the one 1st down we did get was by penalty)
42 yards rushing on 25 attempts for a whopping 1.7 ypc
    TOP: 22:36
First and goal from the 7 and we gained 3 yards (all 3 of which were on a busted 3rd down play)

I didnt say fire Miles, I said the offensive staff. OC's would line up for a chance to coach LSU's talent if Miles promised to be hands off.

I know that you didn't say to fire Miles. You were just discussing the many offensive coaches that would love to coach at LSU. Well, no offensive coach would love to coach at LSU as long as Les Miles is here.

If he did like he does with the defense, which is stay away they would. Miles shouldnt even be allowed at the offensive practices.

That's understood. It should also be understood that "if" isn't applicable under these circumstances. Les Miles has made it clear to the entire world that he will NEVER do the above.

First and goal from the 7 and I'm pretty sure no one was surprised when we didn't score. This is very likely the worst offense I have seen and it has been sustained for years.

Did you see the part where I said if it translates into losses and nothing is changed?

The stupidity on this board is amazing. The answer is always fire and replace. They never say who is going to replace Miles or who would be a good candidate, just fire him. And I suppose if that coach doesn't go undefeated every season and put up Xbox numbers on offense, fire him too, and just keep firing. Some of you just need to get the Kennedy sister treatment.

It's a waste of time to even discuss a potential replacement because Miles won't be fired. Everybody knows that. Miles goods outweigh his bads. His bads are simple. They = an atrocious play book, that has become easier and easier to prepare for, and ultimately a pathetic offense year after year regardless of personnel.

Miles may make a great HC, but he is a lousy OC.

He either needs to recruit the "right" talent to make his offense work, develope his talent, or adjust his play book to the strength of his talent. But year after year, it's the same old shit.

    It is what it is.
