Not THIS sh*t again…giving Shepard a shot at QB would be like giving Peterson or Ridley a shot at QB. All of them took snaps as a QB in high school, that does NOT mean they are collegiate QBs. Besides, if y’all didn’t notice, Lee passed for more yards than Jefferson did in the past two games combined with half of the plays. I have a feeling that the passing game is about to turn around.
Why not support your best combination!!! The pass game is essential if we want to win. Sheppard is just another "running" QB ...ie., a RB wanna be. Shep made the right move to WR. He is only dangerous in open field. If we are going to win, we are going to have to max our talent. Lee is the best passer we have, and he does not take away from Ridley, who is the best back we have. Shep, Ran, and Tol are dangerous in the open field as receivers. How much better would Lee play if the fans would just have a little faith in him?? :geaux:
