I agree...from what I have been told (very high w/in the school), the QB's basically have no QB coaching....I was told that Jefferson was getting side coaching from Jeff Blake due to the lack at LSU....I'm pretty sure it shows the QB's are not making any progress.

That number 4 team is going to be the number 2 team in the BCS maybe even number 1, and we played them all 4, and could have won. You just aren't going to be satisfied until LSU is 14-0 with 50 point victory margin are you? Well that's nice, who is going to get us there? You still haven't given a valid replacement.
I just want to see improvement....if you are happy with the following, then so be it....I expect better.. LSU passing - 113th LSU rushing - 33rd LSU scoring - 70th And you know, we were not any better last year...the ONLY reason we are here is defense

I bet you were the sh_t at "6 Degrees of Kevin Beacon". Did Miles also pay off the coaches and writers who voted him into the top 10? And if you see a team that's getting worse you should see an optometrist. Your the numbers guy - check the turnovers and penalties today as opposed to the first game.

We have a non-representative group of posters tonight. You seem to have got under their skin! By rights, we should be 5 & 3, with one of those 5 being a morale victory to MSU. Les' teams - laden with NFL-bound talent - seem unable to put distance btwn us & inferior opposition e.g. TN, FL. His errors are legion, starting with the pedestrian and predictable play calling, unabated chaos coming out of time-outs, and time mis-management. If this were once or twice, CLM could reasonably say he will fix the the problem. It isn't, and he no longer can. He is responsible for it and the poor QB play, since both have persisted for how many years now? The disdain & derision (per another post) heaped on the team derive from one source, and it's not GC nor anyone else on staff. The buck has arrived at CLM many times now. It's time he owned up to it. I'm cynical enough to take the incoherent Press Conf's as a deliberate smoke screen, an obfuscation. We simply got whipped by a fine team today, real NC contenders. I was impressed by the down-field blocking by their O line & receivers, and the way Newton read almost all of those blocks perfectly. If TT got Heisman, Newton gets two. Their D line was a revelation also. We were in the game so late thx to PP & rest of Special Teams. The D were exhausted in the 1H per Gordy (not the HelpBerg one). I thought they got stops when they had to early on. The early INT & the poor receiver play and under-use of SEC leading rusher kept the D on the field. If only ..........
