The grammar in their articles is horrible. I just had to laugh at this typo, or is it? lol

I agree. Russell B., whomever he is, needs to run his article past a buddy to proofread before hitting the submit button for his article.

Forgive me. I am on break from work until August 31. I need SOME academic stimulation as an English professor!

P.S. - Before I openly criticize Russell B.'s writing skills, I want to state that I sure like his enthusiasm and hope he's right. If LSU is as dominant as he thinks they will be, LSU will be a 14-game winner.

Back to his writing mistakes, there are a few more places that need some editing:

    - flip flop

    - a common misspelling, but a misspelling nonetheless.

    - possessive

    - past tense

    - well, multiple things wrong here: possessive and some awkward construction that takes re-reading and re-thinking the sentence to understand its meaning. Also, logical fallacy.

    - typo?

    - name spelling/capitalization

    - plural

    - Jesus Christ

    - a pattern has developed

    - adjectival spelling / logical error (His first nine passes are what pounded Georgia Tech?)

    - prepositional phrase placement

Dude, I'm from New Orlean's and I'm not suprised at all. But Jindals got the write idea by his willingness to signed the bill concerning vocation based degrees (or whatever they calls it).:yelwink2:.

You see we don't speak English...we murder it !! After all, decline is something we apply to the learning process instead of nouns.

I once corrected the corrections of a grammar school English teacher on one of my daughters' compositions. Instead of being embarrassed... she was ticked !

    (Sorry, the off was understood.)

I should point out that my sarcasm is not applicable to those whose first language is not English. That's why Dandy Don gets a pass...(I hope).

    Chavis will impress this year.

It will be a remarkable turnaround on the defensive side of the ball.

Couple that with a confident and capable Jordan Jefferson at QB and an experienced stable of running backs, plus Les is just plain pissed. You don't get Les pissed.

LSU will not only win the West, but will indeed be the SEC Champs.

And you all know what that means......

Agreed. If they play with anywhere near the intensity I saw this spring at the scrimmages, we're ok on D.

Yep. From what I was told, after the Arky game last season Les was all business. The bowl game against GT reflected that pretty well.

I admire your confidence. I think it's possible, but beating T-Bleaux and Florida twice in a season will prove to be a tough task. If they do it, I can't think of a more deserving team.
