He says that when considering whether to press charges they look at intent, quantity of information passed, disloyalty to the US or to obstruct justice. He then turns right around and says that they found none of these things when considering the Clinton case.

I know what he said, but it's just not true. There's a saying I'm sure you've heard, "Ignorance of the law is no excuse." If I'm going 45 in a 15 mph school zone, do you think that will matter if "I didn't notice the sign; therefore, did mean to?" If I'm texting while driving and hit/kill a pedestrian, will it matter if I meant to? That just does not hold water with the law.
