yes and legal expert after legal expert, as I have previously cited in this thread, all say that it is extraordinarily unlikely that she will be charged with a crime. what I don't understand is how you can put your own opinion ahead of that of lawyers who study these things all day and night. you can beat your head against the wall all you like, Pride, but that will not make your head harder...it will make it bleed. as I have said time and again, this isn't personal for me because I don't favor her, but the I accept the advice of legal experts and that of my own attorney over anything you or anyone else might concoct. Until I see James Comey standing in front of a microphone announcing that the FBI has concluded their investigation and they are recommending that the Justice Department file criminal charges, I am not going to be swayed to believe otherwise....there is just too much evidence against it happening.

 

because we aren't talking about socialism, we are talking about social programs. i do not favor out and out socialism but I do favor the social programs that Sanders has proposed. what is so hard to understand about that unless you are trying to make it about something that it is not?

 

I never made it my opinion that SHE WOULD be charged only that SOMEONE would because the law was broke by someone.

Free college? Free medical care for all? Great ideas. Who is going to pay for them? Maybe doctors and professors will work for nothing out of the goodness or their hearts.

You are paying for it now. Everyone who has private insurance pays for it and those who are on medicare and medicaid have their care paid for by the same people through taxation. Same applies with college, you are either sending a kid to college and paying for it directly or your kid is going to school on a scholarship that was paid for by someone else or they are taking out student loans, in which case they are over paying for college, or your kid isn't going to college at all but your tax dollars are being funneled to state universities to provide said scholarships and pell grants. So, you are paying for all of these things now, only we are paying for them with the profit margins tacked on and the interest and every other scheme there is out there to squeeze an extra dime out of us.

 

I have only said that she is either totally ignorant of policies or directed them to break the law. Those are really the only two options left at this point based on what she has said. For the Sec of State to not know that the data she had was A) classified and B) from a classified system is a sign of either gross negligence (outlined by the law) or willful actions (also outlined in the law).

Someone to be so inept of security policy and procedures to be not only Sec of State but run for president is not fit for any office.
