I think both quarterbacks will be greatly improved next year and if Harris has his mental and physical game together he can take the job way. If Jennings has plateaued and Harris has taken charge of some of that "upside" then he will start. All he has to do is get there. I don't buy this "Jordan Jennings" foolishness.
