If you read the part about Georgia, he states LSU has to lose more than likely. So Fiutak is all over the place on this one.

I crunched the computer polls, and an LSU win puts us so far ahead of Georgia that we would barely need a shift in the human polls to pass them. We will get more than enough to pass them, of course.

    Here is your pecking order:

    1. Ohio State - needs 1 team to lose (either WVU or Mizzou)
    2. LSU - needs 2 teams to lose (WVU, Mizzou)
    3. Va Tech - needs 3 teams to lose (WVU, Mizzou, LSU)
    4. Georgia needs 4 teams to lose (WVU, Mizzou, LSU, Va Tech)

Those are the only teams who have a shot at a national championship.

LSU also has the slightest of hopes that a trouncing of Tennessee and a Mizzou loss (most likely of the 2) could put LSU at #2 in the BCS if the voters turn on Ohio State and leave them at #3 on their ballot. A trouncing of Tennessee is required, more than likely a defensive effort the likes we haven't seen since Va Tech.

Y'know, with all the Tigers have weathered this year, and as crazy as this seasons been WVU and Mizzou losing (might) just happen.
