    Instead of jumping up and down excited and screaming I was seated saying...why the f&&k did it take all game to do that? As soon as they showed Malzahn pointing upward I knew it was being challenged and reversed.

    And once a coach has baggage like this with a portion of the fan base, its very difficult to recover. And some of those disgruntled fans may have given him once last chance in their hearts after he was retained and they had high expectations for a new, high powered offense. Then same old same old offense happened vs Wisconsin and that was all she wrote. LSU could have lost that game 55-48 and the fans likely wouldn't have been as upset.
