Just curious who y'all like to follow, watch or just root for, and it can be irrespective of your team. And feel free to list multiple players if it's just too tough to narrow it to one person. MLB: Lance Berkman, 'Stros Hunter Pence, 'Stros Manny NFL: Sean Taylor, Skins Dunta Robinson, Texans NBA: Kobe Arenas Artest Sam Cassell Soon to be added: Laron, Russell, and Dorsey
I'd rather do all-time: Baseball: Barry Larkin, Nolan Ryan, George Brett Basketball: Nique Wilkins, Jordan, James Worthy, Magic, Charles Barkley Football: Randall Cunningham, Lawrence Taylor, Barry Sanders, John Riggins
MLB: Smoltz, Griffey, Glavine, Peavy NBA: Kobe, Dwight Howard, Raymon Felton, Rasheed Wallace NFL: Shaun Alexander, Peyton, Steve Smith, Wes Welker, Favre
I thought about doing that as well, but figured it would take me too long to think about it. Nevertheless, here's my first stab at it: MLB: Rickey Henderson, George Brett, Donnie Baseball, Kirby Puckett, Dave Winfield NBA: Bird, Barkley, Dennis Johnson, Ainge NFL: Ricky Williams, Earl Campbell, Ronnie Lott, David Fulcher (thanks for the Tecmo memories), Marino
All time: Baseball: Dale Murphy, Tony Gwynn, Wade Boggs Football: Barry Sanders, Bo Jackson, Ironhead Basketball: John Starks
 Seriously?? Man, this is exactly why I started this thread. I figured a bunch of us would some interesting players, but this one blew me away. :thumb: Edit: Just remembered you're a Knick fan (I think), which makes this pick even a bit more bizarre.
right now: MLB: Smoltz, Francouer, Vlad, Papi NFL: T.O., Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, LT NBA: McGrady, Arenas, Kobe, Shane Battier All-time MLB: Dave Justice, Andres Galarraga, Steve Avery NFL: T.O., Aikman, Emmitt, Irvin, Bobby Hebert (my cousin. ) NBA: Magic Johnson, MJ, McGrady, Dominique Wilkins
Aww c'mon man. Starks was a kick in the @$$ to watch. That dude played with some serious fire in his belly. I loved him and Reggie going at it (even though Reggie sank my Knicks on more than one occassion). I loved not knowing what you were going to get from him. One game, he'll light up the Bulls in the playoffs, an other game, he'll shoot something like 2 for 26.:hihi: Was a Knick fan. I haven't followed pro basketball for a number of years now.
My All Time: Baseball: Hank Aaron, Joe Dimaggio, Fred McGriff, Smoltz, Gibson NFL: Namath, Favre, Marino, Barry Sanders NBA: Jordan, Bird
