yes ,bama giving up a touchdown and extra point in the 8th inning yesterday hurt their chances .They were 4 up and went to 3 down in one inning .JPW must have thrown a couple of interceptions .Sorry for the SEC, but i am not exactly going to kick the dog when bama loses.
The only SEC team that I am concerned about is :tigbas:, if the rest would have won, that would have been ok, but I only cared about the :tigbas: winning.
Pepperdine scored four in the bottom of the 1st and led 6-2 after four innings. Stanford just scored six runs in the top of the 5th to take a 8-6 lead. Pepperdine has a runner at 1st with two outs. Furd advances. The Dogs are losing to Tech but it's still early. If they lose, that makes only 1 of 9 SEC teams to advance. What happened? If ucla wins tonight, that's 4 of 5 Pac teams but really 2 time defending champs Oregon St got hosed by being left out IMO.
It only takes one to win it all.... :geauxtige Didn't Oregon State barely clear .500 this year?
