Yes, starting with Rex. It will be the Colts' offense vs. the Bears defense. The subplot will be whether the Colts defense can stop the Bears' running game forcing Rex to actually attempt to play football. I'm certainly pulling for the Colts (Go Joe and Boogah !) and I believe they will win 28 - 10.

The way I see it is kinda like Islstl says.
Who would you rather QB your team?
    Payton Manning or Rex Grossman?

If the Colts can shut down the run and make Rex Grossman try and win
the game, I think this is the winning strategy.
No Way the Bears defense can shut down the Colts offense in this one.
Looking for Addai to have a big game!

I don't care who wins but would be amazed if Rex Grossman gets a ring. How did they get this far with him at QB?

I'll just wait for the paper the day after the game to see who wins. I can't imagine watching five hours of commercials with a few interruptions to show a football game. I guess I need TIVO so I can cut out all the commentary, commercials, and referee huddles.

Speaking of NFL refs...do any of them have a clue about the rules? Do they have to hold a conference for every call? Aren't the reviews supposed to be decided within two minutes? I thought our SEC officials sucked but they look like experts compared to these clowns!

Yep. I don't think the Bears will be playing in Chicago in the snow a couple of weeks from now.

On a nice dry field with your feet under you, the Colts will expose the problems with the Bears defense. Something the Saints came awfully close to doing, but couldn't quite get over the hump.

I figured I would be the first, maybe only one to buck the trend. I think Wrecks Grossman is the most pitiful excuse for an NFL QB I have ever seen. Yesterday only cemented this for me. He wouldn't be allowed to hold for kicks on my team. HOWEVER, the lack of defense displayed by both AFCCG teams, not to mention Peyton's uncanny ability to lose in the playoffs, leads me to say, reluctantly, Da Bears. Before crucifying me, know that I'm not ROOTING for them, but I just believe defense wins championships.

Defense does win championships, and the Bears have a good chance to do exactly what the Ravens did in 2000. Horrible QB that you hide just enough so that you avoid mistakes, and run the ball and play great defense.

I don't think they have enough defense to do it.

They certainly don't have the 2000 Ravens defense, but the Colts are horrible defensively.

I'll pull for the Colts but it don't really matter to me one way or the other. I'm glad that dickhead Belichik got knocked off. Watching his interviews you could replace him with Saban and the choice of words and attitude would be identical.

Yeah Belichick is not a very likeable person. And he doesn't give a shyt about it. You can tell in his attitude.

Anyone notice Manning fighting thru the throng of media on the field after the game to get to Belichick, only to have Belichick do his disrespectful handshake thing, much like he did with Mangini when the Jets beat the Pats earlier in the season?

I agree that Saban was tought well by Belichick in the way he carries himself.
