Who would you like to see LSU play in a bowl game? I know I am looking ahead I am just curious to know what matchup people would like to see if the Tigers could play anyone. Just imagine you could choose who LSU plays doesn't matter what bowl. Me personally I would like to see LSU play TCU or Boise and put them in their place.
I wouldn't want to see us play either Boise or TCU. Here is the reason why. Perception is reality, and when we beat them 10-3, the world is going say, damn they only lost to LSU by 7, they belong, they belong. Screw that. I would rather play Stanford, Wisconsin, or Nebraska.
LSU vs Oregon. The best offense in NCAA vs the best defense. That's not going to happen with TCU firmly entrenched at #3 waiting for a slip up. LSU vs TCU would be another showcase for a "bumbling" Les Miles to beat another "genius" head coach. Given 40 days, LSU would prevail.
I'd like to see them play Auburn. Miles admitted that the team was not properly prepared to stop Newton, so it would be nice to see what would happen on a 2nd chance.
If we can't get to the MNC, this is what I would like to see. Us take on Boise and spank the snot out of them, and AU or Ore take on TCU and do the same.
I would agree with that as well but we are already going to play them next year so it takes some of the excitment out for me. I would like for LSU to play a team we don't normally play. Example, not a ACC or Big Ten team really.
Lsu au rematch and they chop block fairley and send him out on a stretcher then rip cam apart on blitzs. Revenge our loss! Try to show fairly how planting a qb is done. Send our d on a search and destroy mission and have them take no prisoners
lsu vs tcu. i like our matchup and it would be somewhat regional. a question for you bowl placement gurus out there. i know the rose likes to keep their traditional matchup, but if oregon goes to glendale, what are the chances the rose would pick an undefeated boise over a 1 or 2 loss stanford?? if LSU can't play an undefeated team, i would love to play nebraska. taking on bo, plus a chance to avenge sugar bowls of my youth.
