I'd say Arizona State...Don't think the Sugar Bowl would take Illinois against LSU again.

If we beat UT on Sat. it may be Georgia - currently 5 in the BCS.

Let's say WVU and Missouri win

    They play for the NC

Rose = Ohio State (Big 10 Champ contracted to Rose) vs USC (PAC-10 Champ contracted to Rose)
Fiesta = Georgia (first pick to replace Big 12 Champ) vs Kansas (third pick)
Sugar = LSU (SEC Champ contracted to Sugar) vs Virginia Tech/Arizona St/Illinois/Oregon/Oklahoma (fourth pick)
Orange = Virginia Tech/BC winner (ACC Champ contracted to Orange) vs. Arizona St/Illinois/Oregon/Oklahoma (second pick)

Automatic At Large (top 6 BCS finish)
    1. Georgia
    2. Kansas (if Virginia Tech loses, Kansas finishes #6 in BCS)

All Other At Large (non-automatic) finishing in top 14 of BCS
    1. Kansas (if Virginia Tech wins)
    2. Florida
    3. Arizona State
    4. Virginia Tech (will remain in top 14 if they lose close to BC)
    5. Illinois
    6. Clemson
    7. Oregon (if they win)
    8. Oklahoma (if Oregon or Arizona State loses)

Florida cannot be picked in this scenario since LSU and Georgia would be automatic selections (only 2 teams max per conference in BCS bowl games).

Order of selection for at-large is:
    1. Orange
    2. Fiesta
    3. Sugar
(Rose gets to select both their teams from either automatic contractual teams or replacements for them)

Note: Fiesta will replace it's contractual Big 12 Champ BEFORE the Orange selects their 2nd team

    Remaining selection process:

    1. I think the Fiesta will use its replacement pick to select a red hot Georgia team (instead of Kansas, whom they hope will still be around when their 2nd team selection comes around).

    2. I think the Orange will pass on Kansas (due to poor draw) and select either Arizona State, Illinois, Oregon, or Oklahoma.

    3. Then the Fiesta will gladly take Kansas (Big 12 team tradition lives on).

    4. Then the Sugar is left with a myriad of teams to select from. If Virginia Tech loses close to BC, I am pretty sure they will be selected over even a 2 loss Arizona State. It will be quite an intriguing rematch.

LSU will not play Georgia in the Sugar Bowl...They will play in either the Fiesta or Orange Bowl.

This is correct, Fiesta has first dibs (as replacement team for Mizzou/Big12 Champ). If Mizzou loses to Oklahoma however, then the Orange would select first and more than gladly take Georgia. The Orange is praying OU wins this Saturday night.

Of course if OU beats Mizzou, the BCS standings get crazy. Does Mizzou drop below a 1 loss Kansas, whom they beat? Does a Big 12 champ OU surpass a 1 loss Kansas, who didn't even make it to the CG? Kansas could really get screwed if OU beats Mizzou. They could drop to #7 in the BCS and not even get selected to any BCS bowl.
