My point, exactly. RE seems to have the impression that majority of our lackluster play this year is attributed to the loss of one Craig Steltz. If we had any defense at all, we would have beaten UGA, Bama, and possibly Ole Miss. You know as well as I do that a solid D wins a lot of games in the SEC. Really? Why is that? I'm not the one telling other fans that their program is done for. I'm simply correcting a few ill-concieved notions. Georgia did not humiliate us, they beat us by 14 points. I should also add that Jarret Lee gave them 17 points on interceptions. As for our close games, what about them? Did I say that your close wins didn't count? Nope. I'm saying that the gumps shouldn't walk around acting like they've throttled all of their conference foes. For the 1000th time, anyone who made it to the BCSNCG last year was going to do so with TWO losses. You damn right...we're damn lucky to be Tiger fans!LSU!
