A new HC would want his own staff. The buys would have to include both coordinators and all of the coaches with multiple years remaining in their contracts. Additionally, if the desire is to bring in a proven coach, you may have to pay for a buyout of his existing contract. In all, a total 30+ million might be required.
unless the team implodes o is safe until the season is over I think… anything less than 7-5 or maybe 8-4 depending on the severity of sec losses has someone else going 1-0 as a hc if we pull out the Mayo bowl game though…
I’m pretty sure that we have an “analyst” working for peanuts that would jump on an interim contract.
In other news, did ya'll see LSU signing a deal with Caesers Sportsbook? Maybe some of the buyout money will come from there... https://www.espn.com/college-footba...mbling-company-agrees-caesars-sportsbook-deal
She said he said. Oeaux was never the focal point of Title IX compliance. If LSU was unwilling to fire Verge Asbury or Miriam Segar for their inactions (which was their responsibility) then there is no way to hold Orgeron accountable.
