i'll go first. i like to use ground sirloin and then take water and soy or worstechiere (sp?) sauce and mix it in for moisture...then i take some italian breadcrumbs and mix that in to hold the texture.....then i mix in some more basil and oregino and crystal hot sauce.....then i add in chopped green olives and some slice mushrooms (out of the can).....i make two patties and sandwich between them either a wedge of cheddar, american, swiss, or blue cheese (whatever i feel like at the time).....i seal the cheese between the patties and then cook it up with chopped onion.....serve it on a toasted roll with mayo, mustard, tobasco, ketchup so it is soooo messy.....good.
Actually I always wondered why the burgers at Georges Highland location weren't nearly as good as the ones at the Perkins Road location.
