for red meat dishes i like rosemount's shiraz from australia.....for pork and seafood i like beringer's white merlot.....what do you like?
I loveeeee a little wine. One of my absolute favorite combinations is a nice, juicy, tasty steak with a good glass or two of merlot....
The only thing is that I am not that knowledgable with wines...I would love to know more though. i.e. I would actually like to know what to buy when presented with a large choice of wines...
