    I vote Wade.

He is carrying his team and then some. Incredible year for him.

As of now it is between those 2 but the edge has to go to Wade IMO.

    LeBron.

Wade has not taken over the defensive level like LeBron has.

You don't watch enough Heat games, obviously.

I think Clair may have a point, Wade has been lights out, but shutting down the best player on the other team, he hasnt done that.

I vote Kobe! lol or Chris Paul

MVP doesn't go to guys on losing teams. Wade is deserving but his team isn't.

I'm just relieved that there is no regional bias in this poll. I had no idea so many old school OKC Hornets fans were here.

Oh, LeBron is a phenomenal defensive player, but Wade can hold his own as well.

You assert that there is a huge gulf between their defensive abilities. That is definitely not the case.

    I'll put it simply.

Wade is better than LeBron offensively as much as LeBron is better than Wade defensively.

Game on the line, I'll take Wade all 7 days of the week over LeBron. That's the difference. That's why I picked him.

D Wade leads NBA with 107 lead changing baskets and is tied for the lead in 4th quarter scoring with D Granger (although that's misleading since he is needed more than Kobe and LeBron on a consistent basis come the 4th quarter).
