Whatever happened to looking at the whole body of work? Tim Tebow has had an incredible year and his time will come. But look at what McFadden has done over his entire career; especially last year and the last few weeks. No.5 for Heisman.

I certainly think McFadden has accomplished more with less help from his team than any other candidate and he beat the hell out of us this year –

But Tebow is just so damn talented and good and, at least to my untrained eye, looks to be head and shoulders above everyone else.

The Heisman is awarded for the outstanding college player in a year. They are not supposed to consider a players entire career or whole body of work. :LSU231:

Unfortunately for Tebow, DMAC(I got dat wood!) is the popular pick due to his last game against us...again. Tebow has been so consistent that it's hurt him, we've come to expect exellence from him and when he delivers then he doesn't get as much props as someone like DMAC. Tebow should win it and it would be a travesty if he didn't.

actually tebow played after our game against FSU and lit it up garnering him even more votes than before. Once he surpassed that 50 td total the momentum hasnt stopped.

make no mistake, he will win the heisman. mcfadden will finish 2nd.

although, I could easily make a case for rundmc because arkansas has only 3 plays yet he can rarely be stopped.

    Herschel Walker ….…….. 5259yds-994-52tds (33 games)
    Darren McFadden …...…. 4484yds-763-40tds (37 games)
    Bo Jackson ………...…..…. 4303yds-650-43tds (37 games)

McFadden has averaged 5.88 yards per carry, better than Herschel Walker’s 5.29 average per carry.

tebow's has urban meyer while mcfadden had nuttjob. i would prefer a split AP title.

*McFadden tied the Southeastern Conference single-game rushing record with 321 yards rushing against the University of South Carolina

*McFadden is third all-time in career rushing yards in the SEC with 4,485 yards
