Yes. He should have known his entire time here that Aranda was not here for long. How many more times can you post about "da Greatest Season eva!", to avoid talking about what's happening now?
I think when it is said that Coach O runs a soft program, last year is relevant. Other years too. Other factors are involved. Y'all already brought up some good ones.
Tap, you’re talking about a decision that had to be made at least a year ago if it was going to be made. How could we avoid talking about the past?
I don’t have a link (the app won’t doesn’t have a shareable link) If you have the LSU Sports Mobile app click on “more” then “Live/on-demand audio” and click on the Auburn vs LSU game. Fast forward to about the 5 hour 55 minute mark. Taylor let’s it rip
On defense? I’d say not as soft as this year but softer than previous years under Miles. Our defense was talented enough to get it done down the stretch but that was far from the LSU defenses we’ve seen in the past. I understand the game has evolved and it’s “basketball on grass” now so to speak. But I feel like we’re not the physical attacking defense we used to be. I understand what you’re getting at, defending O when a former Miles player is making a comparison, but last year is over. This is a completely different team with a lot of youth and inexperience. The lack of emerging leadership is alarming. This is LSU. This isn’t some soft ass middle of the pack school. We’re not supposed to get pushed around like a bunch of little bitches and lay down when adversity slaps us in the face. We’re not supposed to make excuses and rest on our laurels of past years success. We’re supposed to get up and go after it year after year after year. I don’t know about you, but I don’t see that fire in this team. You don’t come to play football for LSU with that mentality. Something isn’t adding up.
Aranda left Jan 16th, Pelini hired Jan 27th.Kevin Faulk named RB coach Feb 25. At some point, didnt Orgeron think "I need a Linebacker coach too". Or something like that? "Hey Bo, who gonna be coaching da LBers?" It looks like he didn't, judging from what weve seen on the field. Not sure where the past fits in here. This is a new year.
I honestly can never tell whether you’re willfully ignorant or just ignorant of what’s wrong with your argument.
What's wrong with my argument, is that you don't like it. Maybe the Ghost Coaches will show up for Bama.
