    What would YOU do, personally.

But I agree, I think Lee ultimately gets mop-up reps, though I personally want to see Garrett get as much experience as he can.

Lee just needs his confidence back. Maturity and a thick skin will do wonders.

I don't think it really matters because you don't learn much in mop-up duty anyways. Just handing the ball off and throwing short and safe passes. Might be risky but it'd be better to let Garrett start the McNeese St. game and alternate between the two throughout the game to let Garrett get the feeling of the game and starting it off. But yeah, whoever is #2 should be getting mop-up duty...or else they wouldn't be the #2. And that is Lee.

I voted JL. However, if we're in position to have a QB come in for mop-up duty in any of the games, I'll be just as pleased as can be about it. That means the offense and defense are both clicking.

I don't care. I would just like us to be in position to have mop up time:thumb:

    In a blowout,

    JJ gets first half.
    JL gets third quarter.
    CG gets fourth quarter.

It's up to ZL where he can get in the hierarchy.

to be up by forty our offence has to score forty which happened once last year..... and i dont think lee will ever learn to play unless he gets to play without pressure on his back. against LA tech i saw him play like he was scared to throw a pick 6 and he was missing recievers by 20 yards (especially on his out routes) so unless he can gain some confidence he will never be even close to an AVERAGE QB so my vote goes to JL without a doubt bc if JJ goes down like he did against Bama i want JL to come out and be able to win the game unlike he did a year ago

:geaux: That's what I'm talkin' about!! :hihi: We haven't had that scenario much for the last couple of years. I voted for Garrett but I think Lee will get most of the mop-up time when that situation comes about just because he is the obvious #2. I'm not too thrilled about that since I was at the La. Tech game last year and we all know how Lee performed in that game. Guess we'll just have to hope Garrett really comes on strong in the Fall and somehow gets ahead of Lee for #2. I'd be shocked if that happens, but I can hope. :LSU231:

You play for this season. If Jefferson goes down we want Lee as ready as possible.
