well eating like that is but eating about 6-8 small meals a day is a great way to actually lose weight
If I eat before noon its breakfast. If I eat after noon its lunch. Had a BLT about 12:30 PM so lunch.
I need it. Been working from home 100% since Feb and have packed on 20lbs. I've been going a little overboard on the fast food and junk. Time to starting getting back into some resemblance of 'shape'.
If I had perfect vision this sort of thing would still happen. I'm writing a post on a fan forum. Not a PHD dissertation. I don't proofread. And I see perfectly up close. I'm nearsighted. That means I need glasses to drive and watch TV if I'm watching something where I want the picture to appear sharp. Like football. I close I see things clearer without glasses than with them on.
