I usually alternate between protein and carbohydrate breakfast. Today for breakfast was an omelet without yolks and yogurt. And coffee with milk without sugar.
Why would anyone throw away the best part of an egg. I had oatmeal which I like but don't eat too often. And an alkaline juice.
My wife makes goat cheese from our goats and I had some with some ham and good dense bread this morning...
Thanks for reminding me. I'm out of frozen waffles. I'll put it on my list. My usual breakfast is coffee and a honeybun or a bear claw.
Sounds like what I get if I go to McDonald's in the morning. Sometimes an OJ but their juice isn't really very good. I either squeeze my own or but the Florida's Best brand labeled Most Pulp
Toasted English muffin with P-Nut Butter. The carbs in the muffin are low but enough to get me going, the PB for the staying power and level blood sugar. Some days I might add some cantaloupe or strawberries. IF I drink OJ it is Florida's Natural, or Indian River Valencia. They both only use Florida oranges, the other major companies use Mexico an Brazil, an US and blend it.
Couch couch, pain perdu (French toast) and sometimes my favorite buttermilk sourdough pancakes with real maple syrup. My time in Alaska in the Air Force I got hooked on sourdough pancakes. Learned how to make them with a few personal twist.
