Doesn't sound so great to me either but this place is HUGELY popular here in SoCal and is frequented by the players, especially OOS recruits. http://www.roscoeschickenandwaffles.com/ Everyone I know who's been there, raves about it.
Don't knock it 'til you try it! Yea, that place is legendary. I haven't made it there yet, but plan to next time I'm cursed to head to L.A.
Just got to the Hilton in Round Rock Tx. and they have a breakfast buffet......thank God, I don't think I could handle the waffles another morning and we never made it to Shoney's since my family likes to sleep in and wake up just in time to get to the park when it opens to get in a couple of rides without having to wait too long. Oh, you all may be glad to know the filter was clean here. :hihi: Have I mentioned how much I HATE TEXAS! Man, LSU has no representation at Sea World in San Antonion- in fact, the "White man" doesn't either- I felt like I was in a foreign country. I met one guy when I was getting off a ride and I shouted "GEAUX TIGERS" and stuck out my knuckle and he gave me som dap.:thumb:
There's this great lady at my office who routinely bakes goodies and brings them in. I had lemon/blueberry/poppy seed muffins this morning.
WOW, I wish I could've met you while in Round Rock. I stayed at the ball fields all day for three days. We were at the Courtyard by Mariott. Have been eating their breakfast buffets for the past three and lovin it.
Fried Neckbones and Home Fries OK, I was listening to Santana while riding my bike this AM. I actually ingested: Nature's Plus Soy Protein Shake.......Berry Flavored.
