one of my all time favorite bball players for LSU. that guy just loved playing the game and made it fun to watch. i used to think i had big hands (i can palm a basketball easily) until i shook hands w/ him. freak of nature!
i'm with ya, even if the nnati supposedly started it, just like death valley, who is known more for it? no one outside of south carolina thinks death valley is clemson. and no one should think who dey is better than who dat. seafood wasn't invented in new orleans either, they just do it better than everyone else. i would think "swing low" the prison version would suit the bengals better.
There's no way it was started up there. Just because some hack on a Bengals forum posted in a thread does not make it true. What's funny is that he locked the thread before anyone else could respond disputing his 'facts' or otherwise proving him wrong. As 327 so eloquently put it, Who Dat will ALWAYS be identified with the Saints, especially now that they've won the Super Bowl. See, I can do it too.
Do you're research. Who dey was used first in the NFL but who dat was being used by colleges and local high schools. Who dey came from hodepohl beer made in cincinnati. ie hudy delight. Who dey was popularized in 1980 by the bengals before who dat was ever heard on tv or known outside LA. FYI
Wrong!...but thanks for playing. BTW...I was pulling for your team in 1989 but you blew it and gave the game to the 49ers. Who dat - |lombardi| Who dey - 0
You went to all that trouble of signing up to this board just to post this? Sit back and stay a while. Let's see your opinion on other topics although seeing as we've got who dat before the 80's, your discussion of who dey seems somewhat after that. And by the way, the grammer police will be along shortly for your misuse of "you're" though this being a discussion of who dey vs who dat, grammer may be excused.
