There are lots of things we can cut. Almost every state has a balanced budget amendment. We should give the states the money to handle most things done by the federal government. The states will figure out how to do the job with the money given to them. They couldn't overspend. They must have a balanced budget. HUD should be scrapped and let the states take over. Since the D. O. E. was introduced America has had declining scores on education in respect to where we stand in the world. Send that power back to the states. Dept. Of ag. - scrap it. There are lots of dept. That can be scrapped and sent back to the states where they can't run a deficit. Stop defending Europe. Bring home the divison of troops and the airwing. Let Europe defend theirselves. Bring home the divisons in south Korea and japan along with their airwings. If south Korea wants and needs American troops in their country send them a bill to be paid in advance. If you want an army divison, airwing and naval support to defend your country then here is your bill, 50 billion to be paid in advance due every January first in gold. It's time to stop feeding the world and policing the world for free. Nobody gives us any free oil. There are only about six countries in the world that are true allies. Countries that are true friends. I can see helping them. We must stop giving away our kids money. These rich bastards don't care. They are already rich. We need a two term limit across the board and things would get better. Twenty years in Washington will corrupt anyone.
Most things done by the Feds are already administered by the states. CDBG, Workforce Investment Act, Medicaid, Education, CSBG, numerous workforce programs, bunches of infastructure projects, wellfare programs, unemployment insurance, are all funded largely by federal grants, award formulas, or matching funds. States go over budget or run out of money all the time. Shifting responsibilities from one inefficient government to another will not make programs more effective or cheaper. We should just getrid of the programs all together. When I was an auditor for the state I never audited 1 program that was operating effectively. They couldn't even do the most basic things like establish policy, and the department I worked for was one of the better ones.
If we had a dept that was needed ,like dept of transportation, what would you do to make it work like it should?
add utilities to your increasing energy bills. buckle down, bitches. its not great out there. this economy needs to get away from this president as fast and as far away as possible. He is an economic disaster. Driving Up Costs
There will be someone that will come to the democrats and obama's defense. First they will destroy the creditability of the source then they will call it all a lie and tell you how great these regulations are. They will tell you these regulations will take x amount of co2 out of the air and will generate jobs in the rainbow dust and unicorn milk industries.
People remember what the Republicans did the last time they were in office and it was not pretty. Obama is going to be re-elected, boys.
Not a GD fking thing. That's the problem. He's all talk and no substance. He's great at sympathizing with the people about how bad Bush made things. He's great at bullsh!tting us about how things are not going as quickly as he'd hoped. He's great at teleprompted speeches talking about how awesome he is. But he sucks at actually doing something and showing positive results. Everything is moving downward and the stock market is fixing to crash again, but ole Red keeps on fiddling and whistling a happy tune because the GOP is out of there. Look around Red, before it's too late.
You bitch that the sky is falling all of the time, and it never has yet. You offer no numbers to back up your invented claims. You ignore the numbers I offer that show that the GDP is up and not moving downward. The stock market is not the economy, you know. It fluctuates on investors fears and hunches, but it is way up from where it was when Obama inherited it. Way up.
