Example? When have I failed to give a reason? Beck, O'Reilly, Limbaugh, and Coulter laugh at you. They all claim that they own talk radio, TV editorials, and political books and they don't think that at all..
every time. we go over it repeatedly and you pretend you answered. it is true, the conservatives own the commentary angle (except msnbc). but they dont own the 3 networks. katie couric is the example i am using here. she clearly does not like palin. thats fine, palin is in fact stupid.
true but fox doesnt have a traditional nightly network broadcast news like the other three i was referring to. the cable news channels are a little different. at any rate, i am not concerned about it, because i hope and expect the tv news to be slanted. my only point was that i think that for the most part journalists who do not work for fox hate sarah palin, which is fine by me. the women i know seem to hate palin as well, which really reminds me of what a poor choice she was as a candidate. i hope she fades away. i still think the only realistic chance the country has for a good president in the near future is either of the new york mayors, bloomberg and giuliani. those dudes are smart and decent fellas.
nope. republicans wont let it happen because they cling to their guns and religion. damn, this has to be the best obama quote. i think its what he'll be famous for in 50 yrs. maybe living color will comeback and use this quote in a song.
Palin did not do well with the Couric interview. She knows that. She admits it. Palin indicated that she did not take the questions seriously. That was clearly a bad mistake. But despite the impression she gave at the interview, she is quite well read and recently listed some the literature she routinely reads including the Wall Street Journal.
That's the attitude that brought down the towers. It's what's going to happen in the future that has me very, very concerned. Affordable healthcare is an admirable goal but we simply cannot afford to do it the way Obama has proposed. He's hell bent for leather on ramming this through, future be damned. I will take no joy in saying I told you so.
i dont like the current bills--they cost too much. the buck stops at obama, but dont think the frantic nature of "health insurance reform" isnt largely brought on by the GOP's resistance to healtcare reform in the past 60 yrs.
Why not? I took great joy in saying just that when Bush's plans all failed. Here is the difference. I will not ride the hellbound train over the cliff. If Obama starts failing badly, I'll get off the bandwagon. But I'm not yet ready to bring back the failed republican strategies under Sarah Palin's sage wisdom because of unsubstantiated fears about Obama's future. That is another difference. I didn't start criticizing Bush until his third year of office, when Iraq became a debacle and his own Trillion-dollar deficit Medicare Presecription Drug Plan was approved.
Here's the deal. You cannot wait until Healthcare reform, stimulus II and cap and tax have been passed because the horse will be out of the barn. He must be stopped now, before it's too late. How can you possibly be for a plan that WE will have to pay for for 7 years before the 1st benefit (that WE won't get any of) kicks in? Are you blind, stupid, a combination of the two or just hopelessly liberal?
