I hate Tom Brady (I don't know why), but that's a great line.

Me neither! ;) I mean, I lived in Boston for some time and I grew to be a HUGE Patriots fan (no "bandwagoner" either as I was going to games when they were 5-11) but I obviously don't expect everyone to like Brady....I just don't quite understand the "hate" either though.

I mean, he doesn't kill animals....always puts the "TEAM" first....works extremely hard in the offseason....took pay cuts (prior to his last contract) in order to bring in other free agents and then re-worked the payment of his own contract to make it more "cap friendly"....never bashes an opponent (in fact, the only time I've seen Brady "talk trash" to the point of it being obvious was a few weeks ago against the Steelers after their "guarantee").

I think a lot of people are just tired of seeing him in the news as the media hyping him up because of all the Super Bowls....which I understand. It took me YEARS to recognize Joe Montana's greatness primarily because I couldn't stop getting angry about all the butt-kickings he gave the Saints.

The game itself was much better this year than in '03. My brother and I had a great time at the game and awesome seats. We dominated this game after the 1st quarter.

The overall gameday experience this year. Of course, I was sick in '03 and couldn't enjoy all the festivities so to make up for it we got there at 9 am this year!

47,500 people voting, 84% picked LSU as team of the decade. I think they are being objective and realistic. LSU is the best program in the land!

In 03 I was only able to be there the day before the game and flew out at 7 A.M. the day after. That was harsh to say the least. This time I was there 4 days and the place ROCKED!!!! I had good seats both times but this time my buddy picked up the tab (so no Tiga,I got no interest). N.O. had it's best face on and I was impressed, clean streets,no panhandlers, excellent hotel and on and on. The thing I was very impressed with was the turnout of Buckeye fans and the fact that they are some of the classiest fans I have ever encountered. Buckeyes represent AND are classy,my hat is off to them! What a total experience and WHAT a game! Here is to a great season next year, GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:crystal: :crystal: :crystal:

03 for me. It had been so long since we'd won a nat. champ., and after the 90's, well it seemed very remote. Oklahoma has such a history, well, that game was surreal, a word I don't use much. I thought we could stay on the field with them, but I wasn't sure we could win.

I expected to beat OSU. I had seen this team perform all year, and I felt if we blitzed and played pressure D, we would win, like we should have at Ky.

    I liked 03 better though.

Don't confuse hate with disrespect. You can't take anything away from him. I felt the same way about Montana, but it was understandable then because they were in the same division as the Saints. But, once you're part of the elite, you're either loved or hated.

You're not kidding about that. In '04, the crowd was 85%-15% LSU. This game was more like 60%-40%. I'm guessing they somehow distributed the tickets differently this time or there were alot of Buckeyes scooping them up on Ebay and Stubhub.
