more NFL ready, and which one will have a better career? Julio Jones Alshon Jeffrey AJ Green Greg Childs Terrence Toliver Ok so it's obviously not TT. He has a lot of work to do before he has a chance to become a good NFL receiver. To me, it's Julio Jones. His size is ridiculous, he is probably the strongest of the bunch, has great hands, (not that the other 3 don't) and I think he will be able to be very physical with NFL corners. thoughts?
I would say alshon or green, both have great hands and are also big play rec. But, i believe the sleeper w/ the way NFL off are today is going to be randall cobb from ky (only a jr) but he fits that santonio holmes/wes welker mold w/ alot more speed.
I gotta agree but it's really close. I would rank them like this based off of pro potential: 1. Alshon 2. Green 3. Jones
AJ Green reminds me of Dez Bryant. I think they will all be good-great in the league. Julio is great, but I don't know if he has enough speed or precise route-running to separate himself. I would put Green>Jeffery>Jones but it is close and they are all top WR's.
I think AJ and Alshon have great hands and AJ reminds me more of a bigger more physical Josh Reed. Josh could just get open, anywhere on the field, AJ does the same thing. Julio to me though, is just a physical freak. He is going to abuse corners in the NFL, and if he ends up on a team like Indy, or New England, jeeeebus....
Julio Jones is, hands down, the most ready for the NFL. ....and when his time comes Trent Richardson will be the most ready RB in college for the NFL. He, literally, was built like an NFL running back in high school.
