Rivals seems to be the best but scout.com is pretty good too. Maybe the graphics on rivals just make it seem more credible. Which do you think is the best and what others do you like?
For LSU I would say Tigerbait (rivals). Scout/Insiders is better for other schools sites. But for main sites (rivals100.com & Scout.com), I'd go with Rivals.
As Gordy Rush often says, he was rated higher coming out of high school than Barry Sanders. That says it all. I trust none of them. I only care if NS & staff agree on a kid, then you can take those stars and burn them. If all those 'recruiting experts' agreed with the ratings there would be no need for more than one so its in their best interest to cause controversy or just be different.
What I like about them most is the player videos. Rivals does a good job with that. Thats why i made a subscription.
scout or insiders' has improved 100% in the past year, they knew they running behind the Rivals system, especially in video. TigerRag has also improved their LSU content one heck of a lot. I hardly look at the player ratings at all to tell you the truth. I look at who has offered these guys and when you see an LSU, OU, Texas, USC and Michigan as having offered you can pretty much tell that the kid is expected to be very good. Heck the colleges miss on a lot of kids so you know the recruiting service miss on even more. Sonny at TigerRag has really upgraded the info we are getting, he does a once a week report that cover most of the top guys on the LSU prospect list, he does a lot of updates and he also doesn't report anything he cannot confirm, which I really like. I have never belonged to Rivals so I cannot compare the 2.
