There was a thread about which players step up their play next year. I think we are full of talent and have little or no worries. But as OSU showed late in the game by yelling at each other, leadership wins championships.

Who is our Hester, Flynn, Steltz, Dorsey next year? Who step up as leaders?

RP should since he is the QB but will he?
Ciron Black seems like a leader
    Pittman if he returns
    Beckwith?
    Byrd?

Beckwith, Helms, Chad Jones, Patrick Johnson (natural leader)

I think Perrilloux will be a leader as well

I think there will be many leaders on this team and I could see a young guy taking a large role next year like Jones. Beckwith, Pittman, Helms, and Byrd will also be up to the role.

Also, I think RP will be a leader in the way that he plays with a ton of emotion. On the field, the players react to that and work of that kind of emotion down the strecth. I still am crossing my fingers that he can run with that role when dealing with off the field problems.

the council we speak of is normally seniors only. :)

Beckwith, Helms, Colt David, Pittman (if he comes back), and Curtis Taylor are some of the favorites.
