Probably Memphis = Liberty Bowl Hey that's only 150 miles from here! Nevermind. I don't go TO Memphis, I go THROUGH Memphis on the way to N.O.! :geaux:

yep its looking a lot like memphis. meanwhile 45 mins from my house Ole Piss will be getting shelled by a Big 12 team when if we beat them we would have gotten shelled by a Big 12 team!

I think that's the biggest thing..... Very glad we aren't playing a Big XII team.

The best thing about ANY bowl game this year is that it will allow the team to be coached for a few more weeks. If you don't have a bowl game, your season is OVER and so is practice.

A few extra weeks of practice may make all the difference when it comes to next season.

And a "live" game for JJ would help him get a bit more comfortable. He looked very good today, but still needs more seasoning.

I think the future of LSU Football is very bright.

    Sure hope I'm right! :geaux:
