I sense loads of sarcasm. The BCS already has an undefeated mid-major...and it is Utah. They aren't going to want to select another one. What matters is the amount of people watching the game, not how many times their name is mentioned on national tv afterwards. They make their money from the ratings and the tickets sold. BSU would not provide nearly as much money as an Ohio State or Jawja, two teams which have much larger followings and fanbases.
from me? I would never do such a thing. Yeah, but a sh!tload of people would tune it to watch Boise and see if they can do it again. More so than an OSU that has been spanked in their last 2 BCS games. More so than an UGA team that was waxed by the only 2 decent teams they've played this year. All of these games sell out, regardless of who is in them. So it is the story line that sells to the rest of America. UGA is limping to the finish, and being talked about by pretty much NOBODY nationally, due to the SEC being down compared to last year and them not even being in the running. OSU has a little better shot, but their past performances will hold them back. BSU being unbeaten and in the top 10 in the BCS will be hard to pass up.
