Seems we lose at least one every year. Who goes bye-bye this year?

My guesses: One or more of Dexter Blackmon (Bama), Houston Bates (ULL), and Zach Lee (MLB)

Although, I'm not convinced we lose any.

I heard the Bates rumors but have not heard anything other than that.

I give Lee an 85% chance that he becomes a Tiger. His family is not struggling by any means and his uncle said a million is not what it used to be. He loves LSU and really likes the opportunity he has to play both sports at LSU.

I don't see Bama offering Blackmon and I think a lot would have to happen for them to pick up interest.

I will go with Bates because he lacks a true position in college and LSU likes him at H-back. I would be worried about that possible change.

That is all I really got but I wouldn't be surprised if someone far away like Ware, Hunter, etc... started having 2nd thoughts about the distance.

I agree with Bhelm that the closer it comes to NSD, the harder it is for kids to leave their region of the country (unless they have family close to where they are going).

But hopefully Hunter meant this when he said it:

Recently there was “gossip” spreading on the Internet and on Twitter that LSU’s ninth commitment of 2010, Justin Hunter, was considering reopening his commitment.
The 6-foot-4, 185-pound wideout informed TigerRag.com those rumors were exactly that, just rumors.
“I’m solid to LSU,” Hunter confirmed. “I do not know where these people get their information. Maybe they’re saying that because LSU is still recruiting other receivers and because I’m a receiver and committed early they think it bothers me.
“That’s not true at all though,” Hunter added. “I’m still going to LSU.”

Ware, Davis, Hunter, Gibson, Worle, etc... have all reaffirmed their commitment to LSU on several occasions.

Maybe this is a year where no one waivers near NSD but we will have to wait and see.

FYI, some sources are saying that the Bates rumor is false and one said this is what his father is saying also.
