Bama has a bye week, we don't. And Tulane gave both Bama and LSU some trouble in recent history.

 

i would gladly take another bye week then playing tulane...just a chance toget hurt playing against a team that couldnt beat some of the top teir high school in the state.

PLUS 2 weeks to prepare and get rested up for bama

 

Better question: where are all the Nancys who wanted Lee to start?

His FIRST throw was almost a pick 6!

Im just glad he got a chance to get in and have some chances to throw the ball, in case we do need him at some point. I don't think Lee should be our starter, but if JJ isn't getting the job done, i have no problem with him getting benched for that game. That being said JJ had a great game, and was very accurate. The throw to RR was great. And the one to Toliver for the TD in the back of the endzone was great!

I didn't dig much... That's just a few quick search results. Honestly your negativity annoys me at times, but I know how passionate you are. I just find this thread to be, well..... you know.....

 

Not an "N" squared, more of a realist. The team played good and they should have played good or at least looked good. Auburn is not a very good football team. If we can do something like this against a better team then I may take a bite but as for now I'm still not sold. I posted in another thread before the game that if we forced the run just because they are bad at defending it we would be sorry. Other than 70 yarder we were pretty much stagnant in the run game. I liked the play calling. I liked that they were able to execute. Now I want to see them do it against better competition. The D should keep us in every game from here on out. Gonna be an interesting ride.:thumb::geaux:

 

I think it's OK to be negative and to rant...that's one of the things this forum's for. Getting it off your chest makes you feel better and typing it out helps you to crystallize your thoughts. It helps to get feedback...especially from your friends. That's something that keeps you grounded and brings you to a more accurate realization and perspective.

As you begin to see the truth in other peoples comments, you begin to admit that you were wrong in some way and you begin to change your opinions. That is if you are a real man.

I have no problem at all with negativity even though I'm not generally a negative person. I have a problem with dishonesty. Some people are so adamant about being right that they cannot see any truth in other people's thoughts and observations and they will argue to the end if they have to.They cannot honestly admit that they were wrong in some way. I got news for you...we are all wrong in some way. It's just that it takes a real man to admit that their observations or thought s were wrong.

You cant just pull quotes out of the air with out knowing what the context of the thread is man...thats just as bad as the major cable news channels creating news!!!

That is a a legit concern when watching him struggle in the Meerkat offense and it seemed they were ok with just watching it happen instead of changing the offense...WHICH they finally did this weekend!

Even the sunshine pumpers where feeling this way right after the Florida game! Nowhere does it say that I want the coaches fired nor does it say that I want JJ benched nor does it say that the world is gonna end!

The NNs are the people that start thread after ****ing thread and make post after ****ing post ONLY AFTER WE LOSE or play like CRAP!!

They bring absolutely ****ing NOTHING of substance to the board and are a pain in peoples asses having to wade through the BULL****!!

These are the same people that in 05 when we lose to Tenn after dealing with hurricanes and everything we know shuffled and shifted were calling players and coaches out demanding heads on stakes!!!!
