yes he was, embarrassment as usual trying to avoid having to make a tackle by staying engaged with his blocker getting pushed back 2 to 4 yards every time he actually did come in contact with a player Btw, Red used to do the same thing and spit out useless stats from the stat sheet.
You have any thoughts on how he has been able to start every game this season and see 80 % - 90 % of the snaps at the all important MLB position? If I see him out there vs Wisconsin next season, LSU is guaranteed to go no better than 6-6. Because the defense will have to save the offense in a few too many games and won't be able to because of #31.
At the beginning of the year I thought maybe he was the best option at making reads and getting people where they need to be, and thought by game 3 or 4, that someone else would be in there.
was a joke as usual, kid balls you never see him again, clearly a bad move not to start him and we only see him in the second half after last game.
My only thought is his current skillset was against the gameplan. I'm sure he's still learning, so maybe when they want someone to strictly man up on one guy like he did Evans, he's the guy. When they go back to that awful zone like today, Mills is the guy because he knows the assignments better. I have no clue...just a thought. With that's aid, makes no sense to me, lol. Make the plan fit the best personnel, not the other way around.
Mills had an interception in the endzone, and a HUGE, ENORMOUS stop on 3rd down to fore Arky to punt late in the game.
