With all the weapons we have where does Holiday fit in? There is alot of discussion at all positions on here, but its been a while since I heard anything about Holiday. Is he still on the up and up?? Has he fallen on the depth chart? At this time last year all the hype was he was the fastest college football player in the country.....I know he hasn't lost any speed, but there is still no hype!!! Do we have too many weapons and no place for him???
I've heard he's put on about twenty pounds without losing any speed. That's going to make him harder to tackle. He'll be a top returner by the season's end. I don't know if there is much place for him as a receiver or a RB. From time to time, I would imagine we'll see him lined up in the slot or in conjunction with a FB, but nothing near full time.
it's hard to find trindon holliday because he's so fast. he's like a 5 foot 5 blur. in fact if someone says "hey there's trindon at the 50 yd line" chances are he's at the 10 before the sentence is finished. but i agree with stacey, he'll be used 5-6 carries a game because of his size/durability.
Miles mentioned that his touches will increase this year and he has recieved extended work as a WR during practice. We will use him like last year but will find more diverse ways to get him the ball as a RB and WR. I agree he will be the main kick and punt returner as well.
Yep, Miles also said TH touched the ball more in the first spring practice than he did in all of last spring. Think a smaller Percy Harvin...kinda
