not that its really important or that i care, but i find it funny that the media is not on its hands and knees slobbin all over the SEC West, like it was around this time last year with the Big 12 south. I realize that after it is all said and done the West may not look as good after we kick the crap out of each other. But there are 4 undefeated teams right now in West that could be legit.

Which brings me to another question.

Whats the tiebreak in the SEC. what if there are 3 teams that end up with the scenario the Big 12 south had to deal with last season?

    Example:

Ole Miss beats Bama, Bama beats LSU, LSU beats Ole Miss, and all have the same SEC record? Or replace any of those 3 with Auburn. Who reps the West in the SECCG?

    highest ranking team in BCS.
unless 2nd highest is within 5 (might be 4) places of 1st highest.
then revert to head to head of those 2 teams.

if mcelroy and jefferon have a big game on national tv the sec west will get tons of pub. there just isnt much to write about right now. most fans couldnt name the aforementioned qb's.

Now that Ole Miss displayed a "Music City Bowl" quality game against a very average South Carolina (and that's being generous)... the slobbering will have to wait.
