Where can we pillage a top flight unhappy QB from another school? What about USC maybe? There has to be a transfer out there somewhere that would be an upgrade on what we have now, some school has to have signed a couple of good QBs cause we certainly haven't so there has to be a log jam that LSU can alleviate!
I saw Zach Mettenberger name is another thread, he was going to probably be their starter, he was kicked off the UGA team for underage drinking and having a fake ID during the summer. The kid made a mistake and now we must capitalize!!!!!!!
Mettenberger was arrested for lifting some girls skirt at a bar. But the reason he was kicked off the team was that he lied to the coaches about drinking that night. BTW, Miles said we will try to take another QB in the 2011 class but it won't just be anyone. Basically we won't just take someone because we have to. He also said they are looking into Juco and transfers. Raymond Cotton and Mettenberger are two I would like to get in on.
Hmmm....you mean like Perrilloux using a fake ID to get into a casino? Under those circumstances, wouldn't bringing in Mettenberger be like setting yourself up for another failure?
