    word from tos is they are negotiating pelini’s buyout and that bill johnson and ensminger will be retiring after signing day in february....

    I think it’s the only way to get out clean. He won us a championship and we are grateful so pay him for his work and get him away from this program before he does any more damage.

    This. With this looming and not knowing who will be getting fired over this (potentially Coach O) how do you allow O to bring in new hires and contracts? Also, how many candidates are turned off by this along with ncaa investigations?

    Woodward needs to announce early next week whether or not he is making changes to the coaching staff. If you are going to make changes you don't want to leave potential candidates waiting too long. It could hurt recruiting and it could hurt off season workouts & any potential changes in O or D philosophies.
