it means you aren't even close to being championship caliber. Bama dominated in all aspects. First downs: 24-13. Total yards: 452-253. Time of possession: 33:00-27:00. And, man. I have never seen another team totally out-physical LSU like that. Sure, Bama was coming off a bye. But come on. Total domination in the trenches on both sides of the ball? Ugly. Not as ugly as vs. Florida, but pretty damn close. Something drastic needs to happen soon in Baton Rouge, or next thing you know the Tigers are going to be just another stepchild in what is quickly becoming a two-team conference. ldskule:
i disagree--- lsu played well until jj got hurt. alal had an off week played at home LSU did what they are supposed to do-- hang int here and score to put the game away. refs had 2 blown calls-- 2!!!!!!!
You're a turd.. Everything was Fine until half our team got hurt. You are no fan. I have been here a short while and have yet to see you actualy act like a fan. All you do is talk down LSU. I hope a Bama fan Chits on your door step! peace.
Stop quoting peoples posts. I have TC on my ignore list as I believe the majority of this board does If you dont quote his posts, the world is a better place.
Absolutely way off base. Even when you play that hard, it's hard to overcome bad breaks without your QB and RB.
usually i'm pretty pessimistic after a loss. and honestly i don't know if too many people wanted to beat bama worse than me. BUT i'm strangely ok with this loss. while bama's O began to gash us in the run game in the 2nd half LSU was never really out of it till the end. it felt like 15 of our guys were injured. none bigger than PP on that julio TD and JJ. many things didn't go our way including the PP no INT. but LSU didn't get blown out of the building. i guess if you were one of the people who thougght LSU would win without question then maybe you have a different view. LSU has two losses to the two top teams in the country in a down year. most sane intelligent fans said 9-3 and we're still on pace to hit that or do better. i'd argue that if miles goes 10-2 with this team that it would be his best coaching job since he's been in baton rouge. the future's bright y'all, i think i feel about this loss the same way bama fans felt two years ago. if this is a big mighty championship contending bama team, i'm not all that afraid if this is the best they got (at their place no less). it's great to be a tiger and i'm no sunshine pumper.:tigereye:
