Anti gun groups in Chicago are up in arms (pun intended) because signs that say that guns are not allowed in schools have a picture of a gun on the sign http://news.yahoo.com/school-officials-deeply-troubled-over-guns-appearing-signs-044012095.html
When they suspended a kid for pointing his finger and saying, "Bang!" . . . nothing would surprise me now.
Didn't they suspend a kid cause he chewed his toast into the shape of a gun while eating breakfast at school. You are right amigo, this will happen before the year is out.
when groups take things too far like this it hurts their cause more than helps it. IMO, they are still barking up the wrong tree. mental health is the issue with school and mall shooters, not guns.
The principal said: “You can’t look at this (sticker) and not think about Sandy Hook,” Which, to me, seems like a desirable effect. Don't F'ing forget Sandy Hook! (and what a guy could do with a pistol like that...jk)
Why are there signs in the first place? Is it no longer common knowledge that, you're not supposed to bring guns to school?

At least in some parts of the county kids rights to chew their pop tarts into weapon shapes are being defended: http://m.nationalreview.com/corner/...shaped-pop-tarts-moves-forward-andrew-johnson
