Its Monday, be better. Trump issued a veto. Congress then overrides the veto. Second, Trump has 1 term under his belt. For the life of me, I am not sure why he is to blame for not having dictatorship powers while in he same breath you ask why he didn't do dictator things. The president does not write bills, and as congress showed, they can override a veto. Lastly, Trump was never labeled as a fiscal conservative. Not even close. You are trying to paint a picture that is false from the start.
