    I am new to this forum. One factor that might swing voters towards LSU is that there is overwhelming evidence that LSU is most deserving based upon strength of schedule and the manner in which they lost their two games. While Georgia and Va Tech may have support, Georgia didn't even win their division and Va Tech was blown out by LSU. The people who run the BCS have a nightmare on their hands, if their is consensus outrage across the country. People will accept LSU in my opinion, because they deserve to be in the BCS chanpionship. People are still going to complain about Ohio State, because USC and Oklahoma are likely better opponents for a healthy LSU team. IMO the BCS the human voters will be pulling for LSU, to keep the BCS from imploding.

    Yep, if you looky here http://www.bcsfootball.org/bcsfb/eligibility you will see that it is the following:

    1. Look to head-to-head result;
    2. If the tie is not resolved by paragraph No. 1, then evaluate results against the highest-ranked common opponent in the BCS standings;
    3. If the tie is not resolved by paragraph Nos. 1-2, then calculate tied teams' place in BCS Standings using all six computer providers (i.e., do not throw out the high and low computer rankings) and the Harris and Coaches polls;
    4. If the tie is not resolved by paragraph Nos. 1-3, then draw.
