    If you get the right AD in position, who does his homework and has a set on him, the right guy can be found. I don't know if Alleva does his homework, and he seems to not have the sack either. Hopefully, when Les is done tormenting the minions, Alleva is either gone, or walks out the door with him.

    While I am not a big fan of Alleva, especially over the Duke Lacrosse fiasco, he did hire Johnny Jones which seems to be working out pretty well so far.

    About 20% of the time. Look at all the schools who have gone through three or four coaches before they found a keeper . . . including LSU and Alabama.
