    Agreed. The 2013 was a good offense and lost 3. The 2011,2012,and 2014 offenses were not 'Good'; they averaged 2 losses

    Let's start thinking positive about this situation. Who is a first tier Head Coach that we can buy to replace a third tier coach?

    It's very telling that you consider this a 'thinking positive' post.

    Consider the possibility that a large enough population of 'positive thinkers' like you will make any 1st, 2nd, or 3rd tier coach reconsider.
