    They've got to be sitting on something huge here. If all they had to go by in their investigation is Reggie Bush's situation with his stonewalling of the NCAA and no new info coming to light, the investigation would have been dropped quietly years ago. If this was just about Mayo and Floyd it seems like they would have imposed penalties on the school by now. Instead, not only has the investigation continued but now the FBI has been brought in. There's an awful lot of smoke coming out of L.A. these days.
